Congratulations on your engagement, and thank you for considering my services for your upcoming celebration. I understand that planning all the details for your wedding celebration can be time consuming and very stressful. In an effort to simplify the planning process for you, I have created several planner forms to assist you with the coordination and itinerary of your event so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy your wedding day.
How to figure out the amount of time you will need for your reception.
I recommend at least 2&1/2 hours of dancing after dinner. This also allows for several events to be incorporated throughout the evening. 5 hours is generally the amount of time for most receptions.
4 hours allows for dinner, and open dancing.
5 hours allows for ceremony services, or a cocktail hour, dinner, and open dancing.
6 hours allows for ceremony services, a cocktail hour, dinner, and plenty of open dancing.
